Our client is currently looking for a Project Coordinator ⁄ Administrator to support the Project managers with project related meeting scheduling, administrative tasks and action tracking and ensure the appropriate participants are invited to key topics. You will also ensure the coordination of forward planning and requirements from GPAs to ensure adequate resource demands are catered for future key projects and quality review milestones. You will also prepare meeting minutes from internal and vendor meeting as required and the communications (under guidance of project manager) for distribution to internal stake holder.

Essential skills

  • Minimum 3 years experience working in a project environment
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication skills
  • advanced use of Microsoft office
  • Experience with working with pooled resources
  • Strong attention to detail
