Our client has an urgent requirement for an Oracle functional core HR specialist to assist in a major implementation.. This is an interesting and varied role which will involve requirement gathering, functional design, configuration, implementation and support. They are in a position to interview and offer immediately. A proven track record in implementing this type of solution is imperative.
Essential Skills:
- A minimum of 4 years Oracle Functional HR experience
- Experience with Core HR with ESS⁄MSS
- Experience with Modules like Performance Management and Learning Management is a advantage
- Implementation experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong business acumen
